Booking Confirmation & Payment
Once a booking request is submitted via email, we will reach out to confirm the event details and requested date of service.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking.
The remaining balance will be due on the day of the event before service begins.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
The deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 5 days prior to event.
In the event that cancellation is within 3-5 days prior to the event, 25% of the deposit is refundable.
If cancellation is made less than 3 days before the event, unfortunately the deposit is non-refundable.
