At Fire & Dough, we’re more than just a food truck—we’re a passionate team dedicated to the art of producing authentic Neapolitan pizza. Every pizza we make starts with our handcrafted dough, cold-fermented for 72 hours and proofed at room temperature for another 6 hours before being fired in a blazing 950-degree wood-fired oven thats hand crafted in Italy.
All pizzas are about 10” and start with a special low moisture mozzarella cheese, Parmesan-Reggiano, fresh basil and olive oil. Both of our sauce choices, red or white, are homemade. Our San Marzano tomatoes are sourced from Sarnese Nocerino, Italy.”

Our journey began four years ago in our garage/ kitchen, where we spent every weekend perfecting our dough and sauce recipes determined to get them as authentic as possible. After two years of trial and error (and plenty of taste testing), we took a leap of faith and signed up for our local farmers market, which draws around 10,000 people every weekend. We were very nervous, however, we set up shop, and to our surprise, we sold out within the first two hours. At that moment we knew we had something special and had to take it further.
After traveling city to city around the country for the next two years, my wife and I moved to Kalispell, Montana in the summer of 2024 with the dream of bringing our pizza to the Flathead Valley. We’re beyond excited to share what we’ve been perfecting for the past few years and hope you enjoy every bite as much as we do.

Blue Tier pricing begins at $25/person. Blue Tier includes our full menu; Margherita, Pepperoni, White Coppa, Fig Pig. Blue Tier requires a minimum purchase of 50 people.
Yellow Tier pricing begins at $20/person. Yellow Tier includes a reduced menu; Margherita, Pepperoni, Yellow Tier requires a minimum purchase of 50 people.
Booking Confirmation & Payment
Once a booking request is submitted via email, we will reach out to confirm the event details and requested date of service.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking.
The remaining balance will be due on the day of the event before service begins.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
The deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 5 days prior to event.
In the event that cancellation is within 3-5 days prior to the event, 25% of the deposit is refundable.
If cancellation is made less than 3 days before the event, unfortunately the deposit is non-refundable.
